New Release: 'Finding Grace' is out now.

This song came from the stubborn decision to get up every single day no matter how heavy the night before felt. No matter how much pain was still sitting in the chest. No matter how loud the sadness was. No matter how deep the loneliness had become. No matter how many times heartbreak had knocked me down. I just kept choosing to stand.

It is not about pretending the hard things are not hard. They are. They hurt. They exhaust. They make you question everything. But the song is about refusing to let them be the only story. It is about looking for the silver linings when everything else is gray. It is about finding the small threads of light in the middle of the dark. It is about defying the negative pull long enough to remember that grace is still possible. Not loud grace. Not dramatic grace. Just the quiet grace of another sunrise, another breath, another step.

The Weight of Choosing

Choosing to keep going is heavy in its own way. It means carrying the pain without letting it carry you. It means feeling the loneliness without letting it define you. It means seeing the heartbreak without letting it end the hope. The weight is in the daily decision: get up anyway. Look for the light anyway. Believe in the possibility anyway. Some days the choice feels impossible. Some days it feels like the only thing left to do.

The "Still Here" Perspective

I have learned I can only control whether I keep choosing. I cannot make the pain vanish. I cannot make the sadness stop visiting. I definitely cannot make the loneliness disappear. But I can refuse to let those things be the final word. I can look for the silver linings even when they are thin. I can follow the threads of light even when they are faint. I can get up every single day and decide that grace is worth searching for. Because the alternative is letting the dark win.

And I am not ready to do that.

If you have ever felt buried under pain, sadness, heartbreak, loneliness . . and still chose to get up the next day anyway . . if you have ever looked for silver linings when everything else was gray . . if you have ever refused to let the negative be the end of the story . . this song is for you.

Give it a listen wherever you stream music.
