Happy Thanksgiving 2025!!

I wanted to take a second to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. This year has been a massive journey for Mending Stars and looking back at where we started versus where we are now is pretty overwhelming. It is easy to get caught up in the noise of the world but today is about slowing down and recognizing the people who make the climb worth it.

Finding the Light

Gratitude isn't always about the perfect moments; sometimes it is about being thankful for the strength you found when things were falling apart. It is about the friends who showed up when you were out of sync and the family that stayed when the nights got cold. I am choosing to focus on the sparks of hope that pulled us through the year and the lessons we learned in the messy parts of our stories . . and I've done my fair share of learning and growing this year!

To My Community

You guys are the reason I keep getting back to the drawing board. Whether you are navigating your own silent battles or celebrating a brand new start I hope you feel seen and supported today. Your energy is what keeps the fire glowing for this project and I do not take a single one of you for granted!!

A Promise to Keep

As we move into the end of the year let’s keep holding onto that grace we have been talking about. Let’s be the quiet roar of kindness for someone else and remember that we are all just figuring it out one heartbeat at a time.
