Who I Am
Who I Am is about taking off the mask. It’s about those quiet moments where you wonder if people love the version of you they think you are . . or if they’d still stay if they saw everything underneath. I wrote this song at a time when I was exhausted from performing for everyone else . . trying to be perfect, strong, unbothered. Truth is, that gets lonely. This song is me asking: what if I just showed up as me? Would that be enough?
There’s something terrifying . . but also freeing . . about stripping it all back. The curated version, the people-pleasing, the holding it all together… sometimes you just want to drop it and be real. “Who I Am” is a reflection of that moment. It’s vulnerable, messy, and honest . . and that’s the whole point. If you’ve ever felt like you had to shrink or shape yourself just to be loved, this one’s for you.

Paroles
Built a life, built a name, built a perfect little frame
Kept it clean, played the game, never let ‘em see the pain
Took the weight, held my breath, made it all look effortless
But the cracks start showing, yeah, they always do
What if I drop the act? What if I don’t react?
What if I just exist - nothing more than that?
Would you stay? Would you run? Would you say I’m not enough?
Guess I’ll never know if I never show up
Stripping it back, no disguise
Letting go, no need to lie
I don’t wanna be the echo of a past life
So tell me now, would you love me still?
If I let the mask fall, would you recognize me?
If I burned it all down, would you stand beside me?
Not a picture, not a frame, not the person you thought I’d be
But finally - who I am, who I am
Tried to fit, tried to mold, turned myself to solid gold
Shiny but too cold to hold - guess that’s how the story goes
Every role, every scene, played it all so perfectly
But I’m done pretending that it’s really me
What if I drop the act? What if I don’t react?
What if I just exist - nothing more than that?
Would you stay? Would you run? Would you say I’m not enough?
Guess I’ll never know if I never show up
Stripping it back, no disguise
Letting go, no need to lie
I don’t wanna be the echo of a past life
So tell me now, would you love me still?
If I let the mask fall, would you recognize me?
If I burned it all down, would you stand beside me?
Not a picture, not a frame, not the person you thought I’d be
But finally - who I am, who I am
No more waiting in the wings
No more bending till I break
If it ’s real, then let it sting
If it’s love, it shouldn’t fade
Ohhh, I’m done with the echoes, done with the show
Ohhh, if you’re staying, then I need to know
If I let the mask fall, would you recognize me?
If I burned it all down, would you stand beside me?
Not a picture, not a frame, not the person you thought I’d be
But finally - who I am, who I am
So tell me now, would you love me still?
